The 2026 European 10,000m Cup in La Spezia, Italy will be streamed live on the European Athletics YouTube channel from 5.05pm local time (CEST) on 23 May.
The stream will be available to watch without any geoblocking restrictions and will be accompanied by expert English-language commentary.
Event highlights will be available shortly after the conclusion of the competition and there will be in-depth coverage of the event on the European Athletics website and social media channels.
The entry-lists for the 2026 European 10,000m Cup are headed by European marathon champion Iliass Aouani of Italy, European half marathon bronze medallist Valetin Gondouin of France and Polish fun-runner turned national record holder Elżbieta Glinka.
France will be looking to defend their men's title from last year and in the absense of Belgium, new winners will be crowned in the women's race.
